Went to temple again today. 7 days since my dad passed away... Still having horrendous bouts of mixed~feelings every now and then. Think about them, then feel like crying over and over again.

I don't sound as strong I sound, I know. But I can't face up to reality... I guess staying at home for so many days makes me feel sad. Sometimes I pinch myself, hoping that this is all a dream. Hoping to find that it's just a horrible dream after waking up... But seems like it's not.

Going for band from Monday. Maybe going out will make me forget the bad things.
